We will introduce you many innovations such as new pressing systems for many varieties of fruit thanks to our new patent, the Vacuum System OMNIA, and continuous cooling system❄️ for crushed grapes?.
We are happy to announce the recognition received with the NEW TECHNOLOGY award for our patent concerning the recovery of fermentation gases and their exploitation during the pressing phase.
So all will be with a strong focus on GREEN?, low environment impact? and low energy consumption.
In addition, many new technological innovations regarding Industry 4.0, remote control systems and absolute novelty, the Augmented Reality function.
