Purpose and legal basis of processing
Your personal data, collected directly by the Data Controller, are processed in compliance with the principles of correctness, lawfulness and transparency for the following purposes:
- Sending of information related to our products and our initiatives following your filling in the form on the site to the “Contact us” section (treatment necessary for the execution of pre-contractual measures)
- Performance of the services at our expense within the After-sales Service, (treatment necessary for the execution of a contract to which the interested party is a party)
- Sending communications by traditional mail, e-mail, telephone, messaging, information and promotional regarding our products, services and initiatives (processing based on consent).
The processing of your data will be carried out by our internal staff authorized to the processing and, on our behalf, by external subjects, formally appointed Data Processors, of which you may request a list.

OBLIGATION TO PROVIDE US WITH YOUR DATA

Your personal data will be kept for as long as necessary for the management of the contractual relationship and in any case for the duration provided for by legal obligations. For the processing referred to in letter c) your data will be kept for the duration of 5 years.
RIGHTS OF THE DATA SUBJECT
You may request by email at firstname.lastname@example.org, access to your personal data, rectification, cancellation, restriction or opposition of processing as well as data portability (art. 20 of EU Regulation 2016/679). You may also revoke the consent to the processing provided for in letter d) without what affects the processing performed before the aforementioned revocation.
Right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority
If you believe that the processing of data concerning you violates Regulation 2016/679, you may lodge a complaint with the Data Protection Authority
