  • No. 2 crate washers, model LP Simplex, made with thermo-welded PE500 polyethylene panels, externally reinforced with an AISI 304 stainless steel frame, mounted on a trolley with 4 swivel wheels.

    The closed-loop washing circuit consists of:

    • a water containment tank, integrated into the structure, complete with total discharge outlet.

    • a centrifugal pump with stainless steel impeller, driven by a three-phase electric motor.

    • a connection manifold and 8 pipes running parallel to the cassette sliding guides; the pipes feature slots that generate water jets for effective washing of both the inside and outside of the crates.

    • a drawer with draining mesh, through which the water falls back into the containment tank while solid residues are retained.

    Group with crate conveying chain, complete with motor with mechanical speed variator.
