Enables washing of barriques with hot and/or cold pressurized water without the need to move them. With the aid of pressurized water supplied by a standard high-pressure washer and an injection system integrated into the machine, a vacuum effect is created that allows for complete suction of wastewater (valve closed), or for keeping the water level low inside the barrique (valve open).
