The VACUUM SYSTEM OMNIA Press is a patented solution that separates juice through a unique vacuum pressing process. By removing the air inside the tank before processing begins, it ensures maximum preservation of organoleptic qualities throughout the entire cycle. Inside the tank, two food-grade membranes gently compress the fruit toward the central drainage area, allowing for efficient and delicate juice extraction.
